We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct)


We will offer expedited shipping through USPS.Customers are responsible for tracing their shipments.  If you don`t get your package after 7 business days,please contact us .  We will help to check the status out for you. is not responsible for automatically returned packages, if USPS failed to deliver the package due to incorrectly provided address or unavailability of consignee.

We provide a 100% money back authenticity guarantee on all of the shoes on our website. Please understand that shoes are shipped directly from third party warehouses. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses, however if in case you think the shoes you received may not be authentic, we simply ask that you return them to us for a full refund.

After payment is received, their is a 24-72 hours processing period. After payment is processed, you will have your products within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers with 1   weeks. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. In rare instances, their may be a customs charge, all buyers are responsible for these charges. In very rare cases, some products may be seized by customs, we have never had this happen, but in very rare cases, it is possible.  is not responsible for any duty, tax or seizure by customs. Although if shoes are seized by customs, we will replace shoes at no extra charge. So you are safe.

We will not ship C.O.D. - Shoes are not available for local pick up!

Returns & Exchanges

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered.  To return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the shoebox.

Packages sending back to mail as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed.  Please also email us relevant tracking number at mail after you ship them out.

Return: Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to  in original condition & packaging.  After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. 

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer.  Returns and exchanges back to must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
